• 2 Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property for service delivery
• 3 Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to service
• 4 Inform us of any existing damage, pre-existing conditions, or special requirements
• 5 Provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations

Payment Terms

Limitation of Liability

Pure Works Cleaning's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Damage caused by structural defects or faulty plumbing
• Items not properly secured or removed prior to service
• Loss of business, income, or consequential damages
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control

Note: We maintain comprehensive liability insurance and are fully licensed and certified for all services we provide.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
